So I just had the power cut and now my motu is stuck on the just the bars and its not loading.

Reset to factory defaults and see what happens.

UltraLite-mk4: Push the Select knob (mic two trim knob) on the front panel of the unit. Turn the SEL knob to navigate to Settings menu option. Push SEL knob. Turn the SEL knob to navigate to Factory Defaults. Push SEL knob to prompt the reset, push SEL again to perform reset.
If this doesn't do it, give MOTIU Support a call in the morning.
