MOTU Firewire drivers VS RME HDSP drivers

Has anyone spotted any differences between the eficiency of RME vs MOTU drivers ?

On my setup, when I run a certain project, with RME Cardbus + Multiface I get ~88% CPU Utilization (Task Manager) and with MOTU Firewire I get ~93%
.

However, the MOTU is 1ms better in terms of latency @ 1024 samples.

Makes perfect sense..

Firewire takes up a slight bit more CPU overhead than say a PCI, or Cardbus based solution would..
