Stretch in DP 10 not working

Has anyone had an issue in DP10 with the stretch function showing the beat of the audio but then not letting me grab and drag the beats? I just updated to 10 2 days ago and can't seem to get this function to work. Thank you.
DP 6.02 & 6.03

I haven't used the feature in a while, but I am experiencing a LOT of flakiness (and no-action) with the Scale Time feature, so I'm wondering if it's related? Not sure if that subset of features is all using the same core algorithm or not.
