Bad load DSP scope loop and no sound afterwards

Hello,

I have a Motu ultralite Mk3 hybrid.
All of a sudden it showed Bad load DSP scope loop for sometime.. each time i rebooted the sound card.and it said to press page knob..but it didnt work as well.

after few tries the problem Bad load DSP scope loop was gone..

but now facing another issue..every time i turn on the sound interface, it plays sound for sometime.. and then no sound comes from the output.

I have put my sound to Main Out 1-2 and i listen from the headphone source.

Can anyone help me find a sloution as to why after sometime the sound vanishes and no sound comes out of the output.

You can try a factory reset. I’m not confident it will do any good here but it can’t hurt.

If the problem is the unit and it’s out of warranty, MOTU offers a $99 refurb exchange program. Your UltraliteMk3 Hybrid should be new enough to qualify.

Make sure your unit is registered with MOTU and put in a Tech Link with Support (bottom of this page).
