Still discover little changes in DP10 that used to just 'work' prior to updating.
I'm recording MIDI data, playing it in on a keyboard, my notes are there, my typical On Velocities are there, however, none of my mod wheel data is visible though it's been recorded and plays back. (Playing a Theramin VI in Kontakt, and the mod wheel is handling instruments volume, or "swell" as they call it). Tried recording pitch wheel changes as a test, its continuous data appears.
When I select the controller data insert menu in the MIDI editor, all of the continuous controller data that are present in Preferences-> Continous Data (Modulation, Breath Control, Portamento, Volume, etc..) are greyed out.
The data's there, but I can't see it. (I don't have the 'view only' filter on).
Any suggestions?

Have you checked the cmd-f filters? Is that what you meant by view filter?

That was it. Thank you.MIDI Life Crisis wrote:Have you checked the cmd-f filters? Is that what you meant by view filter?
The 'Automation and Controllers' radio box was unchecked in the cmd-f 'View Filters' window.
I was actually referring to the "Show Only" filter at the very bottom left of the MIDI track editor window that allows you to show only one type of controller data.
I greatly apprecaite the help. I can get on with my composing
