Slate crashing DP 10.01 and 10.1

Slate crashing DP 10.01 and 10.1

I just re-subbed Slate's all acess and called up the Virtual Mix rack and it crashes DP in a few seconds. Rolled back to DP 10.01 - same thing. I reported to Slate. I hope I'm not falling into the old finger-pointing software game. My system is stable other than various DP 10.1 issues I've already posted about. At this point I'm wondering if I should go back to 9.52.

Anyone have any thoughts on this?

I located a fix on the net:
Uninstall VMR, trash Library/Application Support/Slate Digital/VMR folder.
Reinstall VMR.
