...There's lots of new wonderfulness to talk about. Arguably more than the DP10 upgrade, but I'm trying to get up and running as I'm accustom to.
Confirmed.
Option drag for zooming is not working.
I can use "Z" drag instead to zoom in but "Z" Shift-Click to zoom out is a bit of a stretch

Yeah. It seems like the Zoom tool can no longer be activated with "Option". A bummer because I use the click-wheel button on my mouse set to Option so I can drag in the timeline to zoom in on it. The click-wheel button can only be set to modifiers unfortunately. ...I'm guessing there's an app out there somewhere that can enhance my mouse so it can again work like I'm accustom to

Odd? I've never had Option alone work for zooming out, only Option Z. Been like that forever here.

Z to zoom, Option Z to zoom out. Pretty standard for a lot of Apps.

No. Option-drag to zoom in is what’s burned into my muscle memory. (...drag is the operative)

My comment wasn't about what you're used to, I get that it changed somehow in the update, but for me it's been z to zoom in for a long time, that's all. Other OS X applications use z-drag and option-z for zooming in and out, that's probably why it changed.

Ah. I see. I have z set to another operation currently - that I guess I could change. My muscles could probably get used to z-dragging instead opt- dragging I suppose. However my click-wheel option-drag, for one-handed zoom ins, still won’t work.

Weird, I use alt-drag since DP2.6 or something, before the Z shortcut was invented.
I contacted the tech support.

No way to export a soundbite in other format like AIFF/Mp3.......! Only WAVE format. If I click for other options no reaction!!!

I just purchased DP10 yesterday and the version I downloaded was 10.1., build 83521. No extra content came with the download. Does anyone know where I can get the extra content (loops, samples, etc.).

There's a download item in the DP section for tutorial and demo files. Might they be in there?

Nope. Not there, but thanks!

I mean the Mach 5-derived orchestral instruments (like cello, etc.), the loops and clips from Loopmasters, etc. All the extra audio content.

CMD f still opens the view filter... lol And no CHUNK FOLDERS? Oh well. It does seem that the vast majority of the bug fixes are related to clips. The new velocity display will take some getting use to. It's not all that visually appealing, IMO, but does seem much more useful, especially the note length indication. Also, when I recorded some MIDI the velocity did not display until I clicked SHOW ONLY.

Can't seem to find a way to not show the memory cycle bar.
