News from DP10? No way to choice different export formats

I use analog out of RME AT -10 Then into some passive vintage Langevin eqs then the Tascam. It is 32BF at all times out of DP to RME though. There is no 32bit float in the Tascam, only 24bit in the menu for select. The A/B I mentioned uses the same exact feeds though. DSF sounds amazing. The highest is 5.8 though. Mastering companies I understand have 12+mhz DSD capability although i hear no reason for it.

Wondering what the problem is. I have no problem bouncing to other formats besides .wav – though I don’t.

If you reinstalled 9 after 10, your bounce to choices are limited. The fix is to reinstall 10.01. Because the last install overwrites the Shared Resources, you can’t have both versions fully functional on the same boot drive. This has been true all the way back to DP 4.x.

I have no problem to bounce, only I am unable to choice another format to save ( AiFF, Mp3......) . Only WAVE is the default choice and no way to open other formats

Thanks for reaching out. Yes, we are fully aware of this bug with DP 10 and OS 10.15. It should work to a degree but is not fully supported. Expect to see DP updates for 10.15 soon.
