Problem recovering my MOTU account - Solved

Post by Don T »

Hello folks,
Apologies if someone posted this already.
MOTU seems to have updated their user accounts and I can not seem to recover my account. Actually I have 2 one at my studio and one for PCC. I tried the "click here" to get an authorization email but it never came so I tried the "forgot my password" link and that didn't work for either account.

Anyone get through the process? OR was their website hacked and I just gave away the keys to the castle.

Hopefully that key was to the small castle.

EDIT: Apparently, MOTU rebuilt its website. Just navigated to the site; got the password reset email immediately and all is now well with MOTU and me.

Dang, I never got the email.

Tried 3 times over the last couple days.

On Edit: Got an email for the PCC account quickly this time. All is good there. My account not so much.

Hello,
Customer service manually reset my account today so I can now access it.

On the "Profile" page was listed all the attempted reset emails that I never received.

Tis a mystery
