some tracks don't have fade handles

any ideas why some of these splices don't have fade handles?

wow, sorry about that image...hopefully you can make out that the top 3 tracks have fade handles and the bottom 3 don't.

Yeah. I’m seeing this too occasionally. If you just slide the edit point a hair they come back. Still annoying.

yeah, that's what i discovered - i thought maybe it was lack of length, that maybe there was nothing to fade, but that's not the problem, the soundbites have plenty of extra length under there.
