Well for all that thinks to buy a new G5 Dual Core or Quad... i buy one Quad, for sure is the best... i allready have a G5 dual 1.8, this is not Dual Core Tecnology, but looks what happen... first the RAM memory it's diferent... the Dual Cores it's DDR2, second, the Air Port Express it's diferent too, the Quad in particular have PCIe not PCIx ports that the old version and right now i'm fu!@%$ stock and losing money on my studio because the PCI 424 do not work on the new Dual Core G5 models... so i call MOTU and they told that they are working on the new one and that maybe for that they will only charge for the card on exchange of the old only $99.00, AHH !!! and this maybe , but not sure for next month, in the mean time i'm so angry because i was searching for a PCI Express device, maybe a converter for PCIe to PCIx to use the old card and wait for the realese of the new one by MOTU, for my surprise i went to the Pro Tools site to see if they have the same problem, Did everyone know that?? ... but for my surprise i was just wondering for something... Did Pro Tools have that Card too??? i went and well what do you everyone think... yes they have and also by the same price of the old tecnology, not only they have post on they site, just take a look and you would see, this is just fu@!*^ frustrating..... not only have the card, but they said on their frequenly quetion... that the same price that all solutions including the hardwares... that is big thing...Sh#!@!!! Dam t shi@#$% MOTU this is why i'm thinking to change.... why??? why??? the card

Michael, things are going from bad to worse! Didn't you notice the crying emoticon? 23G Euro is 27,872.86 USD which is 36,978.91 AUD. I don't even want to think about what that is in Zambian Kwachas... somebody help me out here. Even though it rained today we're in the middle of a drought. Does anyone want to buy an abacus and some replica punch cards?
