DP10 Upgrade Issue

Post by dix »

MOTU's servers are being overlooked Im sure, but I'm having weird issues trying to upgrade.

I tried to upgrade using my DP9 registration. I got to a screen that sent me a code to verify payment using the credit card MOTU has on record. I entered the code, but the site reported "Session has expired". After than my DP9 registration disappeared, so I can't try upgrading again :(. Reregistering DP9 doesn't work. My Order History shows I own DP9 still, but I can't upgrade.

Any ideas?

Known issue. I called MOTU and they took my credit card # and will send me a d/l link once it clears. Spoke to Ryan and a lovely woman. They were both very helpful. FWIW, the exact same thing happened to me. Session times out and then the site indicated I was not registered. When I called, my called ID was in the system and they knew who I was immediately.

Great. I did the same. They said they'd send the new keycode soon. Thanks! ...that was woman was intensely lovely.

I'm having a major hassle trying to get DP10 activated. I bought it but don't seem to have a DP10 key code on my registration page, just the previous key code from 9. No e-mail was sent to me either with my key code.... WTF
!?!?

I've logged in and out a number of times and quit DP10.... damn thing still won't let me activate it.... this is really, really irritating :(

My key code arrived in about 10 minutes. Maybe check your spam folder? Otherwise, give 'em a holler.

I ordered from Sweetwater yesterday. Their web site locked after I hit Submit but my rep called me an hour later to tell me I would get my activation code in a day or two. Good to know it went through.

I’m ok with that.

I got my key code! I'm very grateful for the quick response MOTU!

I am very happy with the "scale window" command MOTU has added in DP10. This little thing is going to greatly speed up my work flow!
