Is it just me or everyone that adjust sends crashes DP?

Haven’t had a DP crash in many years.

Weirdness due to corrupt audio file headers that caused me to force quit? Yes and repairing the audio fixed that. Crashing? Not since DP 8.0 over the first build of Mavericks (that was just plain ugly).

Bad install? That'd be my first suggestion. Reinstall the app.

It happened to me ever since all versions of 9.5...

I ALSO get crashes on send adjustments. Haven't yet determined if there's an exact sequence but this has happened since...it has happened for a few minor releases at least.

DP has always been crashy for me. Still is. But it is an awesome DAW.

I recently installed Rogue Amoeba's Loopback. I've had a few DP crashes since then. Rogue just released an update to address what they call "a rare bug causing core audio to crash" which seems to have fixed things. My experience has been that when DP 9.52 crashes, look for something elsewhere in your system.
