Hi everybody
First of all congrats for this useful board.
Then I have a huge problem with my track 16. Every time i boot Windows 10, there is no audio running. Each time I have to restart the pc a second time to make it work.
I've tried several usb ports but the result is the same. I've also tried to disconnect and reconnect the usb cable but nothing works.
Moreover sometimes i her distorted noises like white noise during usage.
I've updated both drivers and firmware.
Any suggestions?

Hi, as luck would have it after years of nothing but a total nightmare experience with a motu I register today because I am done with this useless doorstop.
My guess is your windows 10 machine did an update? The same has happened to me, as usual motu devices work about 5% of the time at best.
So far I have had to do the same, I have repeatedly had to remove all drivers re install, unplug everything.
To be clear, I am on a brand new surface pro install with no software at all other than the motu drivers.
No matter what the fix is, I see nothing but a life of total nightmare as a motu users.
try
Switch off motu device
remove drivers
switch off machine
switch on machine
switch on motu
at this point it will either work or not, its hit and miss like usual
install motu drivers
it may work or not, you never know.
Its pretty much rinse and repeat till you throw them away.
Maybe run the driver install as admit, whatever I am sure the same thing will happen in a couple of weeks anyway.

I'm pretty sure the problem will be presenting again and again. Moreover I've also changed my hardware (mb and cpu) but the problem starts all over again and again.
At this point i think I'm gonna sell this card and buy a different one.
