I'll apologize up front that I'm under the gun:
I'm overdubbing to rough mixes, sending my wav's back to the "main" studio. Getting right to it, I have to convert the L/R rough mixes to mp3's so they load into DP(9). That's working fine. The problem is that when I go to load the click wav, whether I convert it or not, I hear one click, & that's it. For example, the duration of a song I'm working on is 1:12, when I I drag/drop the click wav, duration says 0:00.
Again, forgive my ignorance, I've been sent ptx. & "WaveCache.wfm" files, & I don't have a clue what to do with them. Are they somehow related to getting the click wav to open? It doesn't seem like DP9 reads them, or I just plain don't know what's going on.
This is a 1st for me as normally when I receive click wavs/mp3s from other studios, I pop it into DP9, I'm off/running. So, I'm trying to figure out if the problem is here or there.
So, while I'm looking for songs with little to no tempo changes & try to get this done, ANY immediate help/advice would be DEEPLY appreciated!!
HELP!! Can't get click track wav's/mp3's to open/take

Re: HELP!! Can't get click track wav's/mp3's to open/take
Sorry, got it worked out now. The engineer on the other end assumed I was on ProTools. So, I'm getting actual click wav files asap.
All good, thanks!
