Trying to move my DP install over to PC. My Waves plug-ins in Mac are AU. Is there a way to change them to VST on Mac so my projects will open on PC?

No. You have to install the VST versions of your plugins on the PC.

I think the question is whether AU plugs can be changed to VST within the Mac version of DP while retaining settings, so as to facilitate a move from Mac DP to PC DP.
I don't know the answer, but if the Waves plugs can read saved presets across formats (AU-VST), saving each plug's parameters as a preset in the AU version before removing and replacing with the VST version within Mac DP, then re-loading presets into each plug and saving the Mac DP file could work.
