They are gone. Declared EOL exactly 7 days after I ordered mine. Lucky me. I compared price, expandabilty, power, price, graphics, price, RAM, price, etc. and finally decided that the 2.7 had a better deal than the quad. Plus, I use Logic and didn't want to wait for optimization. You may be able to find a reseller that still has them, or even a used one. But, you won't get them from Apple anymore.

I just ordered a dual 2.7 refurb from the Apple Store yesterday, for $2,149 plus tax ($2,272.57 total w/free shipping). It said 7-10 business days to leave Apple, but it actually shipped out same day! These have PCI-X, not PCIe slots, as you probably know. I don't think I'll regret not waiting for the Intel machines.
