Hi all.
I have a 828 MkII USB running on a PC under Win 10 64 bits. I was trying to track a display issue so I decided to do a factory reset from the device setup menu.
When I opened the CueMix I noticed that all the 8 channels and one of the instrument channels went up to max volume. I tried to bring them down either from the device or the software, and in both cases it springed back to max.
Upon closing the CueMix, the interface went back to normal.
Has anyone experienced anything like this? I already used the interface on this PC many times with no issues whatsoever...
Any help will be appreciated.

Forgot to mention.
I always use the MOTU through a Furman PL Plus filter, which in turn is connected to a UPS so the mains voltage is pretty much controlled.
I also have a Behringer ADA8200 hooked to the ADAT ports of the MKII
