I am editing a lot of dialog. Some of the raw soundbites that I receive exceed an hour or so. Is it possible to select a clip/selection in the Sequence Editor and then open it in an External Editor such as RX and have just that selection just show up in RX as opposed to the whole soundbite? Trying to streamline and quickly edit. It is quite cumbersome to locate the selection that I have made in DP in RX to complete an edit and then save/return it to DP.

I don’t think RX recognizes soundbite info, only sound files. I’m on RX5; maybe that has changed?

When you say soundbite info, do you mean the raw soundbite files in the soundbite window or the sound clips in the sequence editor?
