I can confirm this one...I was having more issues on DP 9.1 - 9.13 until I updated to El Capitan at the time and once I did that...they seemingly went away. It finally ran smooth. And now 9.5 is running smooth on El Capitan for me as well. Time for folks to be updating those older OS versions if one wants to run DP 9.13 or 9.5, IMHO.mikehalloran wrote: DP 9.13 and 9.5 are optimized for OS 10.11 and higher. Among other things, it means that you can use lower buffer settings. I and others have confirmed this.
