DP 9.13 rewire Siblius 8.5.1. in 64 bit mode

Hello everybody,

I just acquired the latest Sibelius update and tried to rewire it with Digital Performer in 64 bit mode. Unfortunately none of it seems to work. Not even in 32bit mode. I can use my old Sibelius 6.2 in rewire mode in 32 bit mode, but then I loose all my 64bit plug ins , including Kontakt etc.

Does anyone know a solution to this problem?

I had the same problem with Finale, but specifically with the MOVIE window. The Rewire connection kept getting dropped (once established - if ever) not to mention the convoluted "new" paradigm - but that's something else...

I don't use Rewire for anything else so can't say if it is DP specific, but it sounds like it might be. Hopefully, others may jump in with useful information.

Thanks! I hope so, cause it all just seems all backwards to me.....btw Rewire with Reasons works fine....so far.
