Hi everyone,
Recently switched to a Windows setup and for whatever reason, I can't seem to properly install DP. Every time I try to open it, I get this message:
"The program can't start because libiconv.dll is missing from your computer."
I've tried searching for that file, but no luck.
Any suggestions?

DP 8.02 predates Win 10 by a few years. Could that be the problem?
Try installing 8.07. If that doesn't work, try the demo of DP 9.12. If 9 works, may be time to upgrade.

Been trying to uninstall DP8.02 but there's always a problem that doesn't let me do it. There's no apparent reason for it.

Don't worry about uninstalling.
If you installed in the default location, .07 will overwrite .02 as long as you didn't change any of the names.
