How to include MIDI CC's in Audible Mode?
Hi
When I use the wiper to scroll through a MIDI part in the editor I don't get to hear the CC1's in the part. Is there a way to select what is included in MIDI data that is transmitted to the instrument when scrubbing?

Good question and I think the answer is likely "no." Scrubbing has never played back control data as far as I can remember. Just the notes, ma'm, just the notes.

I just tried Modulation and Pitch Bend, and they both worked for me during scrubbing (hopefully, I'm understanding you correctly).
Is this when using a specific VI or just general behavior?

I know it's not there now, but didn't there used to be a Play Filter? Like the View Filter, but it affected what played back? Or am I imagining that? I'm talking about early-mid 1990s. I could have sworn it was there long ago. Maybe I'm just thinking of Automation Setup.Musicmind wrote:Hi

A little before my DP time, Shoosh. Who knows? Someone will.
My guess is that the note and CC data is grabbed at different "resolutions", depending upon how quickly the track is scrubbed. This, IMHO, may be the only way implementing the feature was feasible.
