4pre interference help (popping & squealing, video included)

I get this from time to time but tonight it won't go 30 seconds without doing it http://youtu.be/M-ttxfZUrEw can see the output flickers when there's nothing playing and then the inputs start playing up aswell, can hear the squealing at the end. Any help is greatful, thank you.

I also had this problem. With the MOTU Audio Console, make sure the master clock is set to 4Pre internal. That solved it for me.
