I'm seeing this too.RodneySauer wrote: I do a lot of scoring to video in DP. I upgraded to 9.02, and now in the two different projects I've tried, the movies don't display. The movie pane just shows black. What's more, if I double-click on the video pane (which is supposed to pull the movie out into its own window), the entire program freezes up. It even froze up the Finder, so I can't open and close folders or start the Time Machine program while DP is spinning its color wheel in the background.

It's happening with any DP file which was last saved with the movie window sitting 'inside' the consolidated window. If a DP file has the movie saved 'outside' the consolidated window, it works correctly.
I suppose a workaround would be to open a DP file in 9.01 and take the movie window out of the consolidated window... Then open the project in 9.02. For me, it's too impractical... I work with a lot of files that have the movie window saved in the consolidated window... don't have time right now to re-save everything etc...

I've made a TechLink on MOTU.com ... Hoping they'll put out another update which fixes the issue. I'd really love to use the new Tracks window features... Sadly reverted back to 9.01 for now.
I tried this... Didn't work for me.RodneySauer wrote: Maybe I'll try re-importing the video?
Movie audio still plays fine. The video doesn't play (stuck on the first frame or is just black) and resizing the movie window in any way crashes DP (beach ball), including trying to remove it from the consolidated window.
