MachV on OSX Tiger 10.4 With logic 7.1

Post by jmarcotte »

Hello,
As some people on this forum adviced me, i ordered the update for Logic7.1, And guess what, still can't validate It fails one of the test to validate the pluggin... ("testing host callbacks") I start to much regret to buy a motu product which is not even working straight away, you have to update and even with the update, cant get it fixed !!!! What a shame....

I don't understand the problem. I have been using Mach5 with Logic 7.1 with no problems at all. Maybe a call to MOTU would be advised. Also, there is an upgrade to Mach5 and Logic.

Peace

Just run the validation and let it crash. Check the box next to the Mach5 and then Logic will notify you that you have a crashed validation, but it will run fine in Logic.

...from MOTU techsupport

"We are aware that v 1.2.3 does not pass Logic 7.1.1. AU validation. There are no ill effects from this. You will simply need to use that is an incompatible AU for the time being.

This will be addressed in a future update."
