East West Silver Platinum and MachFive

Post by bbtodrum »

Ive been using Machfive for some six months now, and Im very happy with the sampler. Recently am expecting in mail the EWSP to expand my symphonic library and equally i am very happy with that too. Only thing I would like its some comments on whats better to work with this sounds, what i mean, if importing this samples to M5 is better than using the plugin alone. Obvioulsy Ill find out when I get to work with it. What kind of flexibility on filtering and synthesis are better on each different plattform, either the M5 or the plugin as a stand alone? Thanks, any commet would be deeply appreciated........

I don't believe you can import EW orchestral sounds into MachFive. They ship to play exclusively through their own ROMpler interface based on NI's Kontakt sampler (which is pretty flexible anyway).
