Re: NOT a problem, but....
Hey Mike, what's next is me asking you, just so I understand, you're saying that it's always been that way, DP only doesn't ask to save upon closing a Project when there are no plug-ins present? I can live with the so-what part.

Re: NOT a problem, but....
• If I've already saved, DP does not ask me to save on Quit.
• If I've saved and subsequently moved or resized a window, DP does not ask me to save on Quit. (I have to just remember to save)
• If I've saved, then bounced to disk or any sort of data-altering move, DP DOES ask me to save Quit.
But then, things don't always work the same for everyone. I'm the lone victim of no branching UNDO. For at least 10 years, I have not been able to use branching UNDO. I've been over and over it, posting about it here, calling MOTU Tech Support, and I've tried everything I know to try, including reading the manual about that at least a dozen times. And STILL it does not work. (Trust me, I know all the settings) This is over all the versions of DP since about 2005.
So, we have to conclude that DP acts differently on different setups, possibly with different files, and different plugins. It's perplexing and sometimes disturbing, but most things work similarly for all setups, so it isn't a deal-killer. I just wish it worked the same way, always, for everyone!
