Yes, terminal is there.... but people with dev copies of 10.11 are saying that the two permissions-related commands are not available from the command line anymore.

It will be good for DP users if Repair is no longer necessary. Although Logic and Print drivers generate repair messages, only DP seems to not work if they aren't repaired.
