solo weirdness (DP9) bug?

Hi,

I am experiencing some difficulties with soloing in DP9. I don't have these problems with the same session in DP 7.24.

I do a lot of editing in the MIDI editor often displaying only a few tracks at a time. I am used to being able to solo only the displayed tracks. I add a track to the display and it plays too. I hide it, it stops playing. This isn't happening in DP9. Sometimes the right track will play, sometimes a bunch of other tracks will play, sometimes if I hold my mouse over the little pencil tool in the Track Selector the appropriate track will play (sometimes it won't).

There doesn't seem to be a pattern to which tracks will play (though I suspect it has something to do with what tracks have are soloed in the Tracks Overview window (though this was not the case in DP 7.24).

Any help/suggestions? I do most of my work in the MIDI editor window and really need it to work!
