Mackie Control/MCU doesn't scale correctly in DP-SOLVED

Post by Killahurts »

My Matrix console uses MCU for controlling faders. I noticed that neither the audio faders or the MIDI faders scale correctly at the top in DP as of late. The audio fader will only go to +3.69 dB in DP when it is physically all the way up, should go to +6.00 dB. The MIDI faders only go to 111, rather than 127, where they usually should go when the fader is maxed.

I have installed DP 9, but this was happening in DP 8 as well, since last week when I noticed. It was not happening before, and I can't think of anything in the console being adjusted wrong, there's nothing to adjust, really.

Is there a setting in DP for this that I've overlooked? The control surface menu is set up correctly and working, and I don't know of anything else in DP that I can check?

Thanks!

There was an update to the Matrix console software I didn't know about. They said it fixes a problem with Cubase fader calibration, guess it was a problem with DP's faders as well.
