My band recently used an engineer to record a bunch of songs for using DP7. We recorded to a click track/metronome. However, the method by which he saved the files wasn't the best, he simply overwrote files for each new song vs. creating new sequences. So when I imported all my wav files into new sessions and set the metronome to the BPMs for the song it does not play in sync. I still need to add more tracks to the songs and this is making things a little tricky. I.E. when we recorded the song originally it was done at 155BPM. So I imported those files into a new session, set the metronome to 155BPM but when I play back the click and the audio are not in sync.
Is there a way to re-establish the metronome to sync with audio files when you know the audio files were recorded to clicks? We did not use any MIDI.

Out of sync as in different tempo, or out of sync as in the tempo is correct but the click isn't on the beat?

the latter, the metronome is set to say 155 and i know the song was originally recorded at 155 but when i turn the metronome on and play back the track its (the metronome/click) off with the music.

You can adjust sequence start time, or nudge the soundbites ahead or behind. Either will get you back in sync.

Watch out for look ahead limiters when recording with a click, too. Depedning on bussing, the click may not sound on time.
