For me this really was a no-brainer. Especially with the additions to version 3 like some SpectraFoo metering.

I also see you can get the transient editor for $30, or get both for $45.

Awesome! One of my favorite EQs. I used to use it in the studio all the time during the OS 9 days. MW EQ is my favorite EQ right now, but this ChannelStrip deal is something I can't turn down. Thanks so much for the heads up.

Can anyone confirm these plugins are ok with iLok 1?

No but the manual makes no mention of iLok 2. It only says that you need an iLok account.

Any reason that I would want this over Izotope Nectar 2 and Alloy 2? I also have Ozone 5 Advanced.

Don't get me wrong. The price is great but trying to figure out if I am likely to ever use it.

I asked the dealer RSPE who said:

We're checking , it might be tomorrow before I hear back, our techs are in the field and MH is closed already

Just ordered channel strip, although I'm a little disappointed this one isn't "instant gratification." After checking out, I expected to see a download link. Instead there's a notice that it will take up to 24 hours to process. Well, hopefully it won't be that long! :)

After tests, I will certainly adopt the Transient Control for've already the ChannelStrip _

Had to go for the bundle I want the Transientcontrol.
I already have an account with these guys I don't remember ever buying from them.
I've got to quit buying plugs for a while I just picked up Kush audio's UBK-1
MacPro 3.2 ghz 8 core 12gig,DigimaxFS, 2408mk3,8Pre,828mk3,Ozone5,MachFive3, BFD2, Sampletank2,DP8.+,Sampletron,Nectar,Central Station,D5s,Q10s.plus stuff.
