No Track Selector in 'popped out' Mixer. SOLVED

In DP 8.06 on the Mac I can't get a track selector in a 'popped out' mixer or sequence window. Every time I click the button in the lower left corner of the independent mixer or sequence window to open/close the selector, the track selector in the Consolidated window opens/closes. Anyone else seeing this? I checked on the PC and behavior is as expected - the independent mixer/sequence window has its own track selector. Maybe a preference, but just not seeing it.

The only preference I can find is to open the Track Selector inside the Consolidated window. What this does is either open it the Consolidated window or float it. I want to open the 'sidebar' track selector of an independent mix or sequence window. Here's a screen shot from the PC:



Can't get that sidebar open on the Mac. It was available in previous Mac versions. Thanks.

Assuming it will work with how you have other preferences set, this needs to be turned on to achieve what you want:

Preferences : Editing : Track Selector button : Opens Track Selector window for editors inside Consolidated Windows.

Oh, sorry, I see this is what you were just talking about (Duh!).

It works here, just so you know.

Deleted DP preferences and now working again.
