
I have sent an email to MOTU tech support but I'm just wondering if perhaps I did or am doing something wrong? Any thoughts?

Well, I've been trying this. I don't know how many times would make a difference. So far, no luckmikehalloran wrote:In OS 10.6 and 10.7 especially, the Install CD can take a very long time to authenticate and may time out. Sometimes it's just a matter of re-inserting and trying a few times before it 'takes'.
