Motu Ultralite Mk3 firewire & Motu Ultralite Mk3 Hybrid
Is there any difference between the first Motu Ultralite Mk3 with firewire only and the Ultralite mk3 hybrid besides the latest have usb2 and firewire instead of firewire only? It's hard to find information of the early version.

The only difference appears to be as you noted, that the MK3 has two firewire ports, and the Hybrid has one USB and one firewire. I have the MK3 and that's all the difference I can see.
May a song always touch you in a possitive way!
