I've got a MOTU 896HD connected as a slave to my Symphony I/O (in order to have more simultaneous inputs than I have on the Apogee). The MOTU uses the Symphony's clock and is feeding its ADAT output into the Symphony's ADAT input. The Symphony registers the MOTU channel in Maestro (you can see the levels bounce in the mixer just fine), but Digital Performer does not list the Symphony's digital channels as an input choice, just the analog inputs (and it lists 16 of them, even though I have the 2X6 configuration) and 64 different busses.
I have a support ticket into Apogee, although I've found them largely unresponsive. I recognize the issue may be with DP, the 896HD or Apogee, but hoping someone has a clue for me.
P.S. Apogee's Maestro sucks compared to Cue Mix. Who knew?
