Kudos to MOTU Tech Support (and Campbell)!

Post by nk_e »

I just wanted to say thanks to MOTU and its tech support team - and Campbell in particular. I have a nasty, pernicious problem that I thought was related to my recent upgrade to Mavericks. Turns out that one of my 828s (or a firewire cable) may have a problem. But to get to that answer, Campbell has been working patiently with me all week. I'm not out of the woods yet, but at least I can see light up ahead.

Just wanted to say thanks.
