Here's my setup and issue...
I have it's S/PDIF output feeding a Lavry DA-10 for monitoring.
I have an external converter set feeding bank 1 via ADAT.
I have a 8 channel mic pre feeding bank 2 via ADAT.
I want to use the 8 analog outs on bank 3 for phones.
But whenever I switch bank 3 to Analog, I lose audio output on the mains. Is that because I'm using S/PDIF out to mains? It's driving me nuts, that I can't get that to work. Help?
Thanks.

Re: 2408 Analog Outs Help
I believe SPDIF mirrors Analog 1-2.

Re: 2408 Analog Outs Help
Ah... thanks. So... when I activate the analog bank the S/PDIF channel mirrors the first analog out pair, which is then Bank 3, not Bank 1 where my master mix is, which is why my mains using S/PDIF for ADAT 1/2 get cut off. Got it.
My DAC has S/PDIF and AES inputs.
I need to find a way to feed the master mix digitally to the main DAC while also using one bank of analog outs for cues at the same time. Maybe I should just stay ADAT on all the 2408 banks and use my ADA-8000 as the DAC for the 8 cue feeds since it's kinda gathering dust anyway.
Thanks.
