Welcome window opens wrong file sometimes
As in not the one that was selected. I thought I was just miss-selecting at first, but then I saw it from somebody else mentioned in another thread. Then yesterday, I watched closely and it did indeed open a different file than I selected.
Doesn't happen every time, and simply going to the Finder open window works correctly.

Just another one of many glitches I'm finding seems to be getting worse instead of better.....!!
