24i/o buzz sound from the enclosure?

Post by calande »

Hello,

I'd like to know if the 24i/o is supposed to be operating 100% silent of if the transformers are expected to buzz inside the enclosure. My 24i/o buzzes and I can hear it as soon as I enter the studio...I think this is not normal.
Thank you,

C.

MOTU will replace it for a small fee. Contact your MOTU dealer or call MOTU directly.
MOTU do have great user support! It happened to me with one of my 24 I/O for a while ago. They exchanged the 24 I/O with a new one for a small fee despite the unit being 5 yrs old. MOTU rocks!
