audition loops via the Soundbites

Post by niceday97 »

G'day

I would like to audition loops via the Soundbites window's Import
function.

The only file format the seems to play is 16bit .wav files.

Shouldn't I be able to hear aiffs, etc.

Thanks!

DP still doesn't support auditioning .aiff files. I've bitched and moaned about this many times.

Another option if or until Motu implements that is to get AudioFinder - you can audition almost any files in there and then can import them into DP with one click. Excellent program.

I second the AudioFider suggestion.
Not just for audtioning, but organizing, converting, even basic editing
as well as sample chopping.
Brilliant ••••ing program for the money.
