Low mic input only in Cuemix

Post by mannybiker »

I have a strange problem. I use a Shure SM58 connected via a balanced XLR cable on the back of my Ultralite MkIII and trimmed at 28db. I want to direct monitoring my voice so I have unmuted Mic2 in the Mix tab of Cuemix. The Input fader of Mic2 is at the maximum level as well as the Bus Output fader. I can record the voice on my DAW without any problem and I can see that on the input meter of the DAW the signal is good (4db) but when I check the input level meter of the Cuemix it never go over the 48db line. I would like to better monitor my voice because it is pretty low but it is ok when it is recorded on the DAW.

Any suggestion? :banghead:
Many thanks!

Do a factory reset and start over with levels. It's in the manual how to do it.
