Motu Traveler mk2 problem with CueMix Fx

Post by kasia »

Hi

When I Was using my "Traveler" with LAPTOP / WINDOWS XP/ connect via firewire/ with old drivers, everything was OK.
but,

when I changed my computer from laptop to --> DESKTOP / WINDOWS 7 / PCI Fireware and instaled latest drivers and firmware in "Traveler"
and there was a problem.

In "CueMix" when I set "output", appears the message: "Disabled" and output "Analog 1-2" disappear after a two seconds and turn to "None".
So... set the "Output" is impossible and music doesn't play.
Theoretically drivers are working properly: "CueMix" also is connected to the MOTU and set MOTU INPUTS works and responds to commands such as "GAIN", "PAN", etc.
My Samplitude and Foobar see the Motu drivers. I can set for example Output analog 1-2 and it's running but doesn't play .

Have any of you had this problem? how to solve it?

thank's a lot for some ideas !
