Anyone had probs with Digital Sound Factory?

Hi all,

A few days ago I purchased a download product from Digital Sound Factory. They sent me a download link, which for some reason didn't work. The problem is that once the link has been activated, they assume that you've got the product and the link expires. So I dropped the $$$, and got zip.

I sent them an email via the form provided on their contact page explaining what happened, but they haven't responded. I sent another email today asking for a response. Usually customer support departments shoot off an automated email so that at least you know that they're on the case, but I don't actually know whether they got the original message.

Anyone had similar problems with DSF, and maybe a proper email address for customer service? I can't seem to find one on their site.

I finally got a reply. Apparently my original request ended up in someone's spam folder. New link sent, and all is well.
