reloading

I'm having a problem finding these sounds in mach 5,they seem to be moving and disappearing especially the bosendorfer pianos.Would it help to reload the whole program? Also i'm wondering if i should reload digiutal performer too,i can't seem to erase files i don't need and i want to start them both over.What is the best way to uninstall these 2 programs,DP 4.6 and mach 5 so i can reinstall them? I'm new to these programs,thank you
