Motu Hauptwerk

Hi All
I use a Motu 24 o/i for hauptwerk Virtual Organ.
Whenever i go to my Hauptwerk main page and get ready to load an organ i get a message that reads NO MOTU DEVICE DETECTED.
Just wondering why this is showing up as the Motu is installed and running.
Just wondering if there is some conflict somewhere.
Also i cannot find anything in the Motu software that i can regulate the volume of the output channels with.To me it looks like there is only volume sliders for the input channels.Can someone help?
