PCI 424 device not start, also a blue screen while instaling

until recently... my MOTU worked good enouth... that means when i'm turning on the PC usually it's would take him a few blue screens to sync the 2408 to the PCI424, now after a few week of not using it, it's not even start the driver... help please?
