Motu 24 i/o 2 channels no signal in daw

Hello,

I have a relatively new Motu 24 I/O which has been stellar thusfar. However, I am having an issue where I can send signal to the Motu unit, I can see the input signal on the front of the unit, but nothing is reaching the DAW input, Ive tried several different ones to rule that out.

Ive found that sometimes I need to go into the Motu PCI Audio Console and refresh it, which works for every other channel except for 5/6. Its too much of a coincidence for those 2 not to be working.

If anyone has any ideas, please let me know. Really hoping theres not something internally thats broken.
