New Year Old Problem!

I hope somebody can help with this.

I'm getting constant crashes with VSL's VEP5 & Kontakt5.
I have the latest versions of everything.

I've done tests using VEP5 in standalone & it crashes so it's not a DP thing.
It mainly happens when I try to preserve but often i don't get that far.

any thoughts on any tests I could do?
I've reinstalled K5 & VEP5 & repaired permissions.

I've done the tests replacing K5 with K4 & that's a lot more stable.
So, it could be the scripting in LASS 2, or K5.

VSL have asked me not to send anymore crash logs as they're all the same but they don't know what it is.
It doesn't crash when i load in superior drummer, Iris, Spectrasonics stuff, Synthogy Ivory or play.
During a recent deadline my system was crashing 30 times a day & i'm keen to sort it out whilst things are quiet.
